ALASKA 

One of the most beautiful and remote states in the country, Alaska's beauty is breathtaking and the stories of the 49th state are legendary. Our Carnival cruise brought us to the capital of Juneau, one of only two states which capital is only accessible by air or sea. We also spent time in Skagway, a port city that appears straight out of the gold rush. The scenic train ride along the White Pass is one of the greatest trips you can ever experience and a must do excursion. A trip to Alaska isn't complete without a trip to Ketchikan, also known as the "Salmon Capital of the World". Watching the Salmon run and learning about a complex species of fish was mind blowing. We also spent time in the Endicott Arm looking at Dawes Glacier which was a diversion from the original plan of the Tracy Arm Fjord due to icebergs, A stop in Victoria, B.C. before heading to Seattle to finish up our cruise was the perfect end to our trip.
